Labour of Love Music Fest – Bolsa Chica State Beach
September 2, 2017 @ 11:00 am - 5:00 pmFree
Huntington Beach, Calif – The Labour of Love Music Fest this coming Saturday (September 2) is a FREE Community Event where people can enjoy great contemporary, live, Christian music, delicious food, raffle giveaways, children’s games and rides, and approximately 100 businesses providing goods and services in our vendor market place.
Following the national anthem, the US Air Force will perform a fly-by. Marine Color Guards from Camp Pendleton will present the colors and Huntington Beach City Officials will participate in our opening ceremony. Last year, our event was a great success with an estimated 10,000 attendees throughout the day.
Due to our award-winning, musical headliner Newsboys, (from the popular “God’s Not Dead” movies), even more are expected to attend this year. Interpreting for the Deaf and Spanish Translation will also be provided.
“We love our community and we want to show our appreciation by providing this free family fun event,” said Joe Pedick, senior pastor of the host church, Calvary Chapel of the Harbour.
The Labour of Love Music Fest is located at north end of the Bolsa Chica State Beach parking lot, near the corner of PCH and Warner. Beach Parking is $15.00 for all day. (Get there early before it sells out!) Free Parking and Free Shuttle Services are available at Calvary Chapel of the Harbour: 16450 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, CA 92649 (in Peter’s Landing parking lot) and The Boeing Company: 2201 Seal Beach Blvd., Seal Beach, CA 90740 (near the intersection of Seal Beach Blvd. and Westminster Ave.) Shuttles will run every 15 minutes from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.
